Firstly, I would like to take a moment and thank you for taking the time to look at my website. Whether you are considering reaching out for support for yourself, a loved one or simply for someone you know, it takes courage to begin or continue on the road of healing.

 

The road to recovery, healing, and wellness is not a straight and narrow path. There are twists and turns, hills and valleys along the way. I am passionate about offering a well-rounded, individualized, and holistic approach to treatment. Through a comprehensive intake assessment, together we can identify areas of need to focus on and which treatment model would be the best fit for you.

It has been a lifelong passion of mine to connect with people of all kinds and to take an active role in assisting our community with supporting and improving mental wellness. 

I have been a Registered Social Worker in the Province of New Brunswick since 2012. I have worked as a Clinical Social Worker since 2013 - 2021 with Community Mental Health and Addictions, and the Saint John Regional Hospital. These clinical positions have provided me with invaluable training opportunities and front line experience as a Clinician. Currently, I am primarily a Clinical Manager for Homewood Health, delivering services from my private practice and offering student intern collaborations with community based agencies.

In addition to my educational and clinical training, I have spent a number of years gaining experiences by volunteering and working for community based programs and non-profit organizations. These opportunities have allowed me to become more aware of our unique community based needs. This has also enabled me in assisting others with navigating our system to access services that can have a positive impact on one's life and healing journey.
